Client Support

Our team knows a client's stocks as well as the customers themselves. 

Based at our Market Drayton facility, our client support team monitor and manage a client's inventory and order processing requirements. They act as their 'eyes and ears', and perform other essential services that include:

  • Changes to minimum trade guarantees.
  • Stock rationing.
  • Client profile amendments - to ensure new products or delivery points are communicated to the necessary parties.

Our client support team work on a four-on, four-off basis with at least two clerks assigned to most of our clients' accounts. Team members frequently attend management review sessions with our clients to ensure any issues or suggestions for improvement are discussed in the correct forum.
