We provide customers with a high level of operational transparency via a secure dedicated website. It enables a wide range of key performance indicators to be measured with full visibility of orders and stock levels with just a few clicks of a mouse.

Customers have access to information regarding receipts, stock, despatch and delivery status throughout the supply chain and the ability to keep track of orders in real time.

The system includes reports covering:

• Best before dates

• OTD (on time delivery)

• POD (proof of delivery)
• Historic stockholding

A unique aspect of the system is the on target in full (OTIF) module, which adds a further dimension of sophistication and management control.

OTIF has been developed in conjunction with our ambient customers to ensure it provides the level of data required in an easily understood format.

All reports are based on actual returned proof of deliveries (PODs). Information can be easily exported to a spreadsheet, which allows for trends to be monitored and managed on a daily basis.

A wide variety of criteria can be accessed, including a breakdown of orders and cases for any selected date range. Users can drill down from top line detail to individual PODs.

This system can measure our performance, that of our customer and our joint service levels to a retail or wholesale outlet.
