As well as Chep, we can cope with alternative pallet solutions from the likes of IPP Logipal (UK) and LPR as a growing number of manufacturers switch provider. The handling of pallets from a variety of suppliers is straightforward, as each replicates standard dimensions. However, providers have different processes for retrieving pallets into their own supply chain. IPP Logipal, for instance, delivers pallets to customers and then picks them up from a specified destination point – a one-way service that brings simplicity and clarity to what can be an unnecessarily complex process. The key is to accommodate all processes.
